  • I have fasciitis plantar almost for a year and this pain it’s unreal 🙁
    I did try excercises I found online , I bought insoles even I did try a shoot in my foot and that just help for 3 days and then everything came back again .. sameness pain , same foot and I can’t handle this anymore .
    I had read so much about it and they said those shoots doesn’t work not even the surgery … so what it’s next ?
    It’s curable or not ?

    • Maiela if you are still suffering from PF, I advise you to see a podiatrist… because cortisol (prednisone) shots DO help most of the time. My PF started last March . It was so bad I wore my bedroom shoes all the time even to go grocery store shopping. My left heel was painful, really painful, and I walked slowly with a limp…A few wks later at my podiatrist’s office my Dr. gave me a cortisol shot in my heel ( I barely felt the needle). Then they ‘wrapped’ my foot to support it, and sent me home. Within 2 days I was able to walk better – my pain level was cut in half! But I was still limping. 6 wks later my Dr. gave me another shot and it helped a little. Later I had one more & it helped ‘a little’ also. My heel still stings when I put pressure on it but it’s much better. I bought a pair of soft soled sandals by Madden that has good support, and wear OTC shoe inserts for PF ( bought a couple of pairs from CVS; one by ‘air bus’ feels the best. I sleep w/ a foot splint that keeps my foot from dropping, and stretch my ankles every day. It’s been 7 mos now but my feet are better – not completely well, but better……I read cold compresses are helpful, also. Good luck.
